Todays episode of the podcast covers a recent presentation I gave to LIT students and staff for their wellness week. I pull from the work of Patrick Mckeown and Andrew Huberman as well as from experience working with and recording podcasts with Leo Ryan. It's a while since I talked on sleep and it's something my clients are always working on and is a very important element of our health and fitness. Breathing is absolutely foundational to human health and performance and something I overlooked for years so I am delighted to tie these elements together in a podcast and share what I have learnt over the past year.
