Todays episode of the podcast is an absolute cracker and I'm delighted to welcome back repeat guest Leo Ryan of innate strength. Leo coached me during the summer and helped me to improve my breathing mechanics, awareness around how I breathe and taught me invaluable lessons and techniques that I use every day since. The topic of todays podcast is breath work, how to start improving your breathing and techniques for reaching states of calm, hype and concentration. Every time I talk to Leo I leave with a deep appreciation for how we breathe and how fundamental it is to everything else we do.
